Yes, few vehicles fit in the courtyard of the venue premises but should be driven away by 3:00 AM on 18.02.2023. You are allowed to park on the road side of Haukilahdenkatu for free during the weekend. Also, plenty of private and public parkings available around the venue.

No, you can't. Personal foods and drinks are not allowed in the event. Our bar partner set up their bar inside the venue and our food partner,Parikar serves snack food through their food counter.

Your bags and jackets should be delivered to our stewards for the storage in the cloak room. You can collect them back when leaving the event.

Using your own mobile phone, you can take picture and make video as per your wish. However, we expect that you respect other attendees privacy as well as do not interfere their personal space.

Professional cameras are not allowed without a prior agreement with the organizers.

The event arrangement has been evaluated by the Finnish Police and the permit has been granted for the purpose. We have acquired other licences required from the respective authorities.  Two authorized security guards will be present at the venue during the entire events. Also, 15 crews from Mama Events will be mobilized thoughout the evening. You can recognize them through Mama Events T-shits/Hoodies with Crew text at the back. All our events has Zero Tolerance against sexual harrasement, violence, racism, discrimination,homophobia, transphobia, ableism, misogyny and abuse of power. Please be in contact with our security officials or crew members if you encounter any kind of misbehave at the event.
